Interview with Co-Founders of Women’s Prosperity Network

Women’s Prosperity Network is a global community of impassioned, determined women committed to excellence, success and significance.

Conscious Life Journal: Tell me about your work.

Nancy: We’ve created a community that brings women (and some amazing men too) together in a spirit of collaboration and coop-etition. It’s an environment where people are encouraged to “Be Real, Get Real, and Achieve Real Results.” The common denominator of the people in our community is that they are each seeking to create a positive impact in their own lives, their families, and the world.

CLJ: How did you get involved in your field?

Nancy: It took me by surprise. If you had told me fifteen years ago that I’d be leading a women’s movement, I’d have said, “I think you got the wrong person.” Clearly the Universe knew better because I know I am doing the work I was born to do.

This came about while I was at a speaker training seminar. The instructor observed that only one quarter of the class were women. He said, “We need more women leaders and speakers and we need more women acting like women, not acting like men.” It was one of those defining moments. As soon as the words shot out of his mouth, I shot straight up, raised my hand, and said, “Yes! That’s me!”

With the fire burning in my belly to create a space for more women leaders to be encouraged and given a platform, I shared the vision with my sisters, Trish and Susan, and the rest, as they say, is history, or HERstory.

CLJ: Why do you do what you do; what drives you?

Trish: I’m known as The Revolutionary in our family, and championing a cause is in my DNA. I do what I do so that women not only have equal opportunity and equal pay, but have the confidence, courage, and connections to get what they deserve. In my corporate career there were too many instances where women were passed over for promotions, or given promotions but not the pay raise.

CLJ: What do you feel most proud of?

Susan: How the platform and community of Women’s Prosperity Network gives every woman the opportunity to thrive and succeed on their own terms. Nothing lights me up more than when our members come to me and say, “Thank you. I’ve finally found my tribe.”

We’ve given women a place where they can share their goals and dreams without fear of competition or jealousy. Instead, those dreams are met with, “How can I help you make that happen?”

CLJ: Are you following your dream?

Trish: Absolutely! My dream is a world of enlightened people led by enlightened leaders who understand that human connection is the number one thing required to live a full and vibrant life. The fact that I can do this work from anywhere in the world, sitting on the beach or in my office, with my two sisters as my business partners, makes the dream complete!

Susan: Yes, I am. My purpose has always been to make a positive impact in the life of every person I meet and I get to do that every day! They often refer to me as “Susie Sunshine” because my go-to response is to find a way to lift others up and come from a spirit of gratitude and love.

Nancy: Well let’s see . . . I get to travel around the world, have conversations that elevate us all to higher levels of consciousness, I get to support and provide tools and strategies so other leaders can expand their impact and increase their prosperity, and I’ve got two amazing children that I’m so proud of. I’d say yes! I’m living my dream of a fulfilling and rewarding life filled with love, expansion, and rock ’n roll.

CLJ: How are you making a difference in the lives of your clients?

Trish: WPN is about growing and connecting. This combination of community support and WPN’s training, coaching, and mentoring programs provides practical strategies to achieve anything someone sets their mind to do. Equipped with these tools for success, WPN members develop a stronger belief in themselves, their abilities, and their mission. When combined with unconditional support, it allows them to fulfill their hearts’ desires.

For example, Sherry was a stay-at-home mom with a part-time business. She spent so much of her life focused on taking care of others that she wasn’t taking care of herself. Through her own awakening and healing, she had a big desire to share what she learned with others. She built an international movement called “I Am Complete.” Sherry is just one example of how WPN is the fertile ground for growing and fulfilling your calling.

CLJ: How do you see the world positively changing today, in your area of expertise?

Nancy: In two big ways. First, the culture of WPN is based on my book The One Philosophy. It is about treating every person you meet as The One, and having the intention and goal to see how you can be The One for them. This creates an authentic, caring connection between people that the world needs now more than ever.

Second, by giving women the opportunity to be real; to be their authentic selves. Allowing them to explore who they need to be and what they need to do to have their dreams come true. They get to achieve real results and have success on their own terms.

We believe that as more people step into ownership of their lives, they lead the way for others to do the same.

CLJ: What is the one thing you want our readers to know or remember about Women’s Prosperity Network?

Nancy: We’re not meant to be lone rangers on this journey. WPN is the community for women who are committed to excellence, success, and significance. “We may not have it all together, but together, we have it all.” (Author unknown).
